Wells Fargo Bank North Stockton

I have been a wells fargo customer since 2005, it was my first bank since i tried to establish a credit line, unfortunately this branch, which is the same branch that opened an account for me, has been too busy to observe basic courtesy to their customer, not that i expect a red carpet treatment but the willingness to assist is barely present, i have been in and out of the bank and initiated the hi and hello from the guard by the door and inside and the teller or guard does not even care to respond or return basic courtesy, they can use some smile and basic "hi, how are you doing today" type of accomodation than just wait for you to explain to them why you are there or let you find your way around without saying "do you need some help?"

I have banked with Wells Fargo for 18 years and as banks go, WF is one of the better choices; however, the branch located on Pacific and Lower Sacramento in Stockton leaves a lot to be desired. My daughter made an error, we're still not sure how, when purchasing stamps for me from the ATM machine - something we rarely do. Instead of purchasing one (1) book of stamps she ended up with FIVE (5) books and a charge to my account of $45. She went inside the bank, waited in line and requested assistance in returning (4) books. She was told it they couldn't take the unwanted stamps back even though she couldn't even figure out how she had made the error. They were rude, abrupt and simply did not care that the error occured even after she explained I didn't have the extra money to spend on stamps and it was going to financially hurt us. Besides, it would take us a year or more to use up all the stamps. I will not deal with that branch any more on any level.
