HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My girlfriend and I walked into Koehn & Koehn today and we looked around for 5-10 minutes without a single greeting or "I'll be with you" and they weren't even busy! We were there to see her engagement ring. We got 100% better customer service @ Husers House of Fine Diamonds.
This business is amazing! I have an extremely high bar set for customer service, and Koehn & Koehn may be one place I have never been disappointed in after a visit. Everyone there goes out of their way to make sure you have an amazing shopping experience. The jeweler who hand made my engagement ring did an amazing job, I get so many compliments on how gorgeous it is and how much it sparkles, and lets face it, the best part of a diamond is the sparkle!! I will not buy another piece of good jewelry anywhere else. The entire store is gorgeous, I walk in and instantly get lost in luxury...:) Again, the only thing better than their product is their customer service! Thank you to Everyone at Koehn & Koehn for helping make my wedding beautiful, especially Andy, Jenn, and Jake!!

I have purchased from them, asked their expert opinion/advice, and always left satisfied. Its wonderful knowing they are only a phone call away:). Yeah...something doesn't sound consistent here, Robert. I remember getting an email from you and responding but I never heard back. We are actually known for being over-the-top friendly and making people feel special...and our store isn't that big so ignoring clients is extra difficult. (That was kind of a joke.) Regardless...it stinks that you feel that way. I shared your first email with everyone here and after we never heard back there wasn't much we could do. However...I WILL be sharing this with them as well...and honestly...I appreciate your taking the time to review us. (Even if it wasn't all that glowing.) We'll take it to heart...because obviously in your case we didn't live up to what you might have expected. Sorry about that.
