This is a beautiful store with fantastic fresh flowers and great owners. I would not buy flowers anywhere else!

Ugh! I can't believe that I wasted my money on an arrangement from this "florist"! The flowers that I had given my wife were dead THE NEXT DAY! I should have trusted my instincts when I entered the place. It smelled like garbage and was dirty but I was on my way home and wanted flowers for my wife's birthday. NEVER AGAIN!

I have just found this review. I am very sorry that you had this experience. I cannot find any record of your order, but I would be happy to refund your money if you call the shop with your name or order number. I have a great quality garauntee and replace arrangements right away if there are any problems. As for the small of garbage and dirty, maybe you are reviewing the wrong shop, because mine is neither.
